Accurate Dispensing : Ensure the correct medication is dispensed to patients with the proper dosage and instructions
Patient Satisfaction : Achieve high levels of patient satisfaction through quality service and support.
Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve patient and customer complaints effectively and promptly.
