Pharmacist
Job Description
• Ensure that all medications given to patients are prescribed for a legitimate healthcare purpose within the hospital pharmacopoeia.
• Order drugs, medical supplies and other products in line with correct prescribing practice and relevant legislation, including national guidelines.
• Provide post-prescribing advice to patients through effective communication with healthcare professionals.
• Advise health professionals and patients about medications.
• Manage medication inventory and usage in hospitals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per hour
