Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications and Ayurvedic products accurately, ensuring adherence to prescriptions and dosage instructions.
• Provide guidance and information to patients regarding Ayurvedic medicines, their uses, dosages, and possible side effects.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensed medications, inventory levels, and expiration dates.
• Assist in managing inventory, including stocking shelves, ordering supplies, and keeping track of stock levels.
• Handle billing for pharmacy sales and manage cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cashbook protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors to understand patient needs and assist with any prescription adjustments.
• Offer exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and assisting patients with selecting appropriate Ayurvedic products.
• Oversee housekeeping tasks within the pharmacy to ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Conduct tele-calling to follow up with patients regarding their medication needs and promote pharmacy products.
Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Pharmacy (preferably with Ayurvedic knowledge).
• Previous experience as a pharmacist or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially for managing records and billing.
• Ability to manage shifts, including weekends and rotational shifts, as needed.
