Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist Intern to join our team in the food industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to apply pharmaceutical knowledge to food product development and quality assurance processes. The intern will collaborate with our team to ensure that products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support:
• Assist in the formulation and development of new food products, focusing on nutritional content and safety.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to conduct stability and efficacy tests on new formulations.
• Help in identifying active ingredients and their interactions within food products.
• Quality Assurance:
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct tests and analyses on raw materials and finished products to verify quality and safety.
• Document test results and assist in preparing reports for management review.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Support the QA team in ensuring products meet all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies relevant to food product development.
• Analyze data to support the optimization of product formulations and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Competencies:

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical principles and their application in the food industry.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
