Pharmacist
Job Description
We are looking for dynamic Health Advisor Pharmacist to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight.
What you'll be doing:
? Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times
? Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards
? Consulting prescriptions and patients
? Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes
? Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient ?Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone
? Selling OTC medicines and various offers
? Managing of expiry medication
? Billing process in computer software
? Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank
? Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required Conducting accurate weekly audit process
? Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?10,960.00 - ?18,955.00 per month
