Pharmacist
Job Description
• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of medication therapy.
• Provide consultation to patients regarding medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Monitor patients' medication therapy and provide counseling on adherence and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of medication dispensing and counseling.
• Manage inventory and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
• Stay updated on developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare practices through continuing education and professional development activities.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
