Role : Pharmacist Sales Executive

Working hours : 9 hours/day (Rotational Shifts)

Working Days : 6 Days a week

Job Requirements:

? Cases will be assigned through the system, where you will be required to call the patients, the pharmacist should be able to read the prescriptions which are attached to the order.

? The pharmacist should build a rapport with the patient and observe the medicines that were ordered by the customer. Based on the medicines orders by the patient, you will be required to pitch the substitutes of the same salt & and strength for the medicines that they have ordered. All the substitutes that are recommended are doctor-recommended substitutes.

? An Integral part of this job will be to explain & and convince the customer to take the substitutes & to explain to them how much they can save on their medicines if they opt for the same.

? Must have sound medical knowledge, like the difference between pediatrics & and geriatrics or the difference between an SR & PR & other relevant clinical responsibilities

Qualifications :

? A reasonable pharmacist B pharmacy / D pharmacy degree is mandatory.

? Good communication skills.
Should understand at least two languages. (Hindi, English); Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.

? Should be flexible with shifts.

CTC per month - 22k per month (18k in hand after PF Deduction). Eligible to get 5k joining bonus after 30days of completion.

• Incentives from the second month - upto 1lakh per month

• Shifts for males - 8am to 5pm and 2pm to 11pm (Rotational) Candidates will get 1500/- per month if they get 2pm to 11pm shift.

• Shift for Females - 8am to 5pm

• 6 days working and 1 Rotational week off
