Required - Pharmaceutical Sr Sales & ManagerLocation: South Guj - Surat, Navsari, VapiIndustry- Pharma ( surgical product - Medical Device) industryMust have experience in the sales Department in the Pharma industryKey Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, physicians, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market needs and product enhancements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis on a regular basis.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and drive sales initiatives effectively.
