We are a start-up organization in the chemical technology landscape, specializing in a wide array of specialties including Construction Chemicals, APIs for Hair Care & Skin Care projects, Textile Chemicals, Pharma APIs, Formulation, Personal Care (Synthetic & Ayurvedic), Perfumery, Detergents CPC Technology-based Products (Disinfectants/Bodycare/Mouthwashes/Toothpaste/Fabricwash), Edible Oils, Home care cleaning products formulation etc.

We are seeking a seasoned salesperson with a passion for the chemical technology and have the zeal to fetch our organization to the new heights, and will be ready to work on a profit-sharing basis.

Role Description:

As a Chemical Technology Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your expertise and industry connections, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close deals that drive mutual success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the chemical industry.

Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceed client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in chemical technology sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

In-depth knowledge of the chemical industry, including understanding of chemical processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers at all levels.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Willingness to work on a profit-sharing basis, with a strong commitment to driving mutual success.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in sales optimization, marketing & sales strategy, pricing analysis, or customer experience management, specifically in the chemical technology industry.
