: As a Pharma Trainee at Highlight Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and be exposed to:

• Pharmaceutical research and development processes
• Quality control and assurance procedures
• Regulatory compliance and guidelines
• Manufacturing and production protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting experiments and tests under supervision
• Compile and analyze research data
• Participate in the formulation and manufacturing process

• Collaborate with teams to support various projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, D. Pharma, B.S.C , M.S.C or related fields
• Strong passion for the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
