Pharma Sales Manager

Job Description

The candidate will work independently and also with our sales team and help build up our business in the domestic market. Major responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

Conduct Market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities

Candidate must have prior experience in sales of chemicals/ pharma.

Set up meetings with potential clients and understand theirs needs and areas of concern.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Participate on behalf of the company tin exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share internal teams.

Create and maintain a customer database that can be used for current and future sales prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
