The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both scientific knowledge and sales acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers while achieving sales targets.
RequirementsIdentifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existingcustomer bases across the region. Analyzing market trends and competitors activities in the region. Conducting market analysis and gathering intelligence to ascertain market needsto plan offerings. Carrying out existing/new customer analysis to understand requirements forcross selling during onboarding/closure and or building better customerrelationship ensuring customer service quality is managed. Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through tosuccessful closure. Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region. Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorousforecasting and planning. Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet regionalrevenue goals. Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance. Developing and executing plans for improving overall performance of the regionwhich includes increasing customer base, customer on boarding, company policyand process adherence, improving financial performance etc. Preparing or validating various reports needed to be submitted for managementinformation periodically. Achieving monthly targets without compromising on the quality of the customerson boarded.
