• Job Title: Recruiter - Pharma Manufacturing
• Reports to: HR HEAD
• Location: Ring Road
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
2. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals).
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate feedback.
5. Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates and communication.
6. Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer extensions.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EEO).
8. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
9. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless onboarding.
Requirements:
• 1. 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharma/manufacturing.
• 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3. Strong knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
• 1. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• 2. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• 3. Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI).
• 4. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices.
