• Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide product information and support to healthcare providers.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Territory Management:
• Plan and execute sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards while promoting products.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on market insights.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
