: Job Opening: Voice Process Representative Company: Renowned Company Job Role: Voice Process Representative Salary: Up to 23k inhand Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries in the pharmaceutical domain

• Working 5 days a week with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

• Adhering to night rotational shifts for a US-based process

• Resolving pharmaceutical-related inquiries and issues

Requirements Requirements:

• Demonstrated willingness to work in a voice process role

• Proficient English speaking and narration abilities

• Comfortable working night shifts

• Access to a PC/laptop with an active internet connection at home

Qualifications:

• B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Zoology

• B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Zoology
