Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher (CBSE Board) - Female

Preferred Thane Candidate

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Physics or related field with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in teaching physics at the high school level within the CBSE curriculum.
• In-depth knowledge of physics concepts, principles, and applications, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in the study of physics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Dedication to fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment where all students can succeed.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in physics following the CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies, including hands-on experiments, demonstrations, multimedia resources, and interactive discussions, to facilitate student understanding.
• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students through the exploration of physics principles and applications.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions.
• Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely feedback to support student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary connections and enhance the integration of technology in physics instruction.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with advancements in physics education and teaching strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
