Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Physics at the secondary level and be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics education, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance, attendance, and other essential information.
• Develop and implement strategies to help students improve their understanding and performance in Physics.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations by conducting regular revisions and mock tests.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and other school activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal growth.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and integrate new teaching techniques and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
• Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE Physics syllabus and examination pattern.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per month
