We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 8 years of teaching experience and a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum for higher secondary classes (XI and XII). The candidate should be able to inspire and motivate students to excel in the subject of Physics through innovative teaching methods, practical demonstrations, and a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Classes XI and XII.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Incorporate innovative teaching techniques to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practicals as per the CBSE syllabus.
• Provide individualized attention to students and offer extra help and support when necessary.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback through assessments, tests, and evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to promote student learning.
• Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and school events.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
• Experience: 7-8 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school at the PGT level.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, exam patterns, and best teaching practices.
• Proven track record of preparing students for board exams and competitive exams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to use digital tools and technology for teaching purposes.
