Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Teach mathematical concepts using a variety of instructional techniques and resources.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide individualized support to students to enhance their understanding and skills.
• Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, engagement, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and contribute to school initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest educational practices and mathematics curriculum developments.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field; B.Ed. is preferred.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the [appropriate level].
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and examination processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
