Job Description

Required PGT maths for a school in Gurgaon:

• A PGT Mathematics teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education and instruction in mathematics to students at the postgraduate level
• They create engaging lesson plans, facilitate classroom discussions, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to foster students' mathematical skills and understanding
• PGT Mathematics teachers also contribute to curriculum development and participate in school activities and initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials for postgraduate-level mathematics courses
• Facilitate engaging and interactive classroom sessions to promote student participation and understanding
• Deliver comprehensive instruction in various branches of mathematics, including calculus, algebra, statistics, and geometry
• Utilize appropriate teaching methodologies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning and engagement
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation methods
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and progress
• Identify students' individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies and materials accordingly
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and mutual respect
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development, providing academic counseling and support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and revise curriculum content, teaching methodologies, and assessment tools
• Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching practices
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required

Education:

• UG: B.Ed in Education
• PG: Any Postgraduate
• prior teaching experience is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
