Role Summary:

The PGT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching advanced English to senior secondary students, focusing on enhancing their language, literature, and analytical skills. This role involves preparing engaging lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and promoting a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Instruction:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Student Assessment and Feedback:
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Classroom Management:
• Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Extracurricular Involvement:
• Encourage participation in literary clubs, debates, and other language-related activities.
• Organize events that promote language skills and cultural understanding.
