Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - English

Responsibilities:

• Teaching English: Deliver engaging lessons in English to students preparing for NDA, Sainik School, and RMS entrance exams.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update the English curriculum to align with competitive exam requirements, focusing on reading comprehension, grammar, writing skills, and advanced spoken English.
• Exam Coaching: Provide targeted coaching for NDA, Sainik School, and RMS exams, including mock tests, practice papers, and personalized exam strategies.
• Student Support: Offer mentoring, assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure their readiness for competitive exams.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and communicate with parents about academic development and areas for improvement.

Key Objectives:

• Ensure a strong understanding of English language and literature concepts for competitive exams.
• Prepare students for success in NDA, Sainik School, and RMS entrance exams.
• Develop students' English-speaking and writing skills, with a focus on advanced proficiency in spoken English.
• Foster a passion for English literature and language learning.
• Promote academic excellence in language and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: M.A. in English; NET/SET qualification is preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of teaching English with experience in preparing students for NDA, Sainik School, or RMS exams.
• Skills: Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills. Proficiency in advanced spoken English , experience with exam coaching, and familiarity with modern teaching technologies.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sundarnagar, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
