Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English literature and language. Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. Integrate digital tools and interactive methods into lessons.

Curriculum Development:

Design lesson plans in accordance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabi. Develop assignments, projects, and classroom activities to reinforce learning. Stay updated with changes in curriculum and examination patterns.

Student Assessment and Support:

Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students for improvement. Offer academic support and counseling for students in need.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Encourage student participation and critical thinking. Address behavioral and academic issues effectively.

Extracurricular Engagement:

Organize debates, literary clubs, drama, and other English-related activities. Mentor students for essay writing, elocution, and language competitions. Promote reading habits and encourage creative writing.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with fellow teachers, school management, and parents. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and student progress discussions. Engage in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
