Job Title: English Educator (PGT/TGT) - Dynamic Language & Literature Specialist

Reports To: Head of English Department

Whether you're a Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) with advanced expertise or a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) with a solid foundation, if you have a knack for making literature come alive and language learning an adventure, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

Ignite Passion: Deliver captivating English lessons that bring literature and language to life. Engage students with creative approaches to teaching poetry, prose, grammar, and composition.

Innovate Curriculum: Design and refine curriculum materials that reflect current trends and educational standards. Your fresh ideas will keep the curriculum dynamic and relevant.

Assess & Support : Develop thoughtful assessments to gauge student understanding and growth. Provide individualized support to help students excel and nurture their unique strengths.

Foster Community: Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages open dialogue, critical thinking, and a love for reading and writing. Build strong relationships with students and inspire their academic curiosity.

Collaborate & Contribute : Work closely with fellow educators to integrate English across different subjects. Participate in school events, from literary festivals to writing competitions.

Grow Professionally: Stay ahead of educational trends and best practices in English teaching. Engage in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching methods.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

PGT: Master's degree in English or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE) is preferred.

TGT: Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE) is preferred.

Experience:

PGT: Proven track record of teaching English at a postgraduate or graduate level with [X] years of experience.

TGT: Experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level with [X] years in a similar role.

Skills:

Expertise in English literature and language with a flair for creative teaching methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with educational technology and multimedia tools.

Ability to connect with students and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
