Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for English to join our dynamic faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education to senior secondary students, fostering a love for literature, language, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement creative instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, and workshops, to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine teaching methods and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in English literature and language education.
• Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns.
• Uphold the school's policies, values, and ethos in all professional interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
