Responsibilities

Lesson Planning & Delivery:

Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in English, including literature, language, and writing skills. Develop lesson plans, ensuring they align with the curriculum and board requirements. Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, multimedia, and group activities.

Student Assessment:

Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and exams to monitor student progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance. Prepare students for board exams through targeted revision and practice.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline in the classroom while fostering a positive learning environment. Encourage active participation, collaboration, and independent learning.

Parent-Teacher Interaction:

Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student progress. Communicate effectively with parents regarding any concerns or achievements.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends and methods in teaching English.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
