Job Description
• Teaching : Instructing students on the structure and content of the English language, including grammar, composition, spelling, and pronunciation. Teaching students how to identify themes, points of view, and other characteristics of a text.
• Lesson planning : Preparing lesson plans, annual plans, and weekly plans.
• Student progress : Monitoring student progress and submitting weekly reports to the principal or VP.
• Communication : Communicating with parents, attending staff meetings, and collaborating with colleagues.
• Curriculum : Assisting the Head of Department with curriculum organization.
• Resources : Maintaining subject resources and disseminating information to staff on available resource courses.
• Assessments : Preparing and submitting question papers for assessments and term tests.
• Student records : Maintaining student records and grades.
• Student support : Working with the Homeroom Teacher on pastoral care issues.
• Professional development : Investigating and applying developments in subject content and education initiatives.

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
