Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and highly qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students at the Senior Secondary level (Grades 11 and 12), while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The teacher will also contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment methods in line with school and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Instruction :
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Engage students through interactive and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Teach English literature and language to students of Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and discussions.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to students to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct remedial classes for struggling students and provide extra help as required.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills through reading, writing, and discussion.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Qualifications :
• Master of Arts (MA) in English from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an accredited institution.
• Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) qualification is mandatory.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (Grade 11/12) as a PGT in English.
• Proven track record of student engagement, achievement, and academic excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
