Job Responsibilities:

Teaching:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and facilitate their understanding of the subject matter.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and examinations.

Curriculum Development:

• Assist in the development and refinement of English curriculum to meet CBSE standards.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate relevant teaching techniques into the curriculum.
• Adapt teaching materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Identify and address the learning needs of individual students.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
• Foster a respectful and positive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Professional Development:

• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and ideas.

Parent-Teacher Communication:

• Engage in regular communication with parents to update them on their child's progress.
• Address parental concerns and provide guidance on student development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BA/MA in English and B.Ed.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the higher secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
• Classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in educational technology tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
