Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Chemistry

to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students of grades 11 and 12, preparing them for board exams, and nurturing a scientific temper through conceptual and experimental learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Instruction

Deliver in-depth and well-structured lessons in Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) following the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and laboratory activities aligned with academic goals. Explain scientific concepts with clarity using real-life examples, models, and digital tools.

Lab Management & Experiments

Conduct laboratory practicals and guide students in accurate and safe experiment execution. Ensure the Chemistry lab is well-maintained, stocked, and follows safety protocols. Train students in proper handling of chemicals, glassware, and lab equipment.

Assessment & Evaluation

Design and administer regular class tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. Analyze student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback. Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments and final board exams.

Academic Support & Mentorship

Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or individual support. Offer academic counseling, mentoring, and motivation to high-achieving and struggling students alike. Assist students in participating in science fairs, Olympiads, and external competitive exams (NEET, JEE, etc.).

Collaboration & School Engagement

Participate in staff meetings, subject planning, and cross-disciplinary programs. Contribute to the development of academic policies and co-curricular planning. Maintain records such as lesson plans, attendance, academic results, and parent interactions.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
