Job Description
A PGT chemistry teacher's responsibilities include:
• Teaching : Creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, and teaching students about lab safety
• Evaluating : Setting tests and assignments, grading students, and evaluating student performance
• Managing : Maintaining classroom records, updating student records, and keeping track of lab supplies
• Supporting : Mentoring student teachers and providing support to students
•
To be a successful chemistry teacher, you should have a degree in chemistry or a related discipline, and demonstrate a sound knowledge of chemistry. You should also be able to apply scientific principles to real-life situations and teach students with different interests and aptitudes.
