POLICY FOR STAFF APPRAISAL
For all levels of employees a yearly review of performance will be made
The employee will be assessed by the organization as well as there will be a self-appraisal
The Secretary in consultation with respective project heads will review the assessments
In case of project heads, the yearly review will be done by the Secretary
Any increment in salary and upgrading the employee to the next level will be strictly based on this performance review.
SALARY
The salary will be paid by the 10th of every month. The date of payment may change due to unavoidable circumstances but attempt is made to strictly adhere to the payment being made by the 10th of every month
