KRAs:
The responsibilities of a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry include:
• Teaching and Instruction :
• Develop and deliver lessons in Chemistry, covering topics such as Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry, as well as Chemical Reactions, Thermodynamics, and Molecular Structure.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions to facilitate hands-on learning.
• Student Assessment :
• Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and grade assignments, lab reports, and exams.
• Curriculum Development :
• Develop and update the Chemistry curriculum in line with CBSE guidelines and educational standards.
• Incorporate new teaching methods, technologies, and materials to enhance learning experiences.
• Classroom Management :
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Address and resolve any behavioral issues and ensure a safe learning atmosphere.
• Mentoring and Guidance :
• Provide academic and career guidance to students interested in Chemistry and related fields.
• Support students in their overall development, including participation in extracurricular activities related to Chemistry.
• Parent and Teacher Communication :
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student performance.
• Professional Development :
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and courses.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education, research, and teaching methodologies.
• Administrative Duties :
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and programs.
• Extracurricular Activities :
