We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Accountancy Teacher to join our prestigious CBSE school. As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in grades 11 and 12, ensuring their academic success and overall development. Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Accountancy to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation. Assess and evaluate students\' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance and areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students\' attendance, grades, and academic progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required. Stay updated with the latest developments in Accountancy education and incorporate innovative teaching methods. Requirements: Master\'s degree in Accountancy or a related field along with B Ed. qualifications. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Accountancy to grades 11 and 12 in a CBSE school. Freshers with a good command over the subject would be eligible. Excellent knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and dedicated to the academic success of students. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Relocation accepted.
