Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a PGT Accountancy. The candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering lesson plans that follow the guidelines of the Life-Skills based curriculum. Additionally, the role involves creating a nurturing environment which inspires students to excel academically while also developing life skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in the relevant subject B.Ed. degree or equivalent Prior teaching experience preferably in a CBSE/ICSE school Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students Ability to work in a collaborative environment with teaching colleagues and other staff members Experience with a child-centered approach to teaching that incorporates project-based learning to facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving skills Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and communities Experience with using technology to enhance student learning is a plus Strong cultural competency, including the ability to effectively communicate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
