Job Title: PGT Economics Teacher

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Economics to join our esteemed faculty at PSN SCHOOL. As a PGT Economics Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing students' understanding of economics, developing critical thinking skills, and fostering a passion for the subject. Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for economics classes, tailored to different learning styles and academic levels.

- Instill a love for economics in students and promote their intellectual curiosity through interactive and thought-provoking discussions.

- Assess and evaluate students' performance through regular assignments, tests, and projects.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve academic excellence and personal growth.

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and mutual respect.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide educational programs and initiatives.

- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress and areas for improvement.

- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about educational trends.

Requirements:

- A Post Graduate degree in Economics or a related field.

- Teaching experience as a PGT Economics Teacher or a similar role is preferred.

- Deep knowledge and understanding of economics concepts and principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and fellow faculty members effectively.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.

- Patience and adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of students.
