Curriculum Implementation: Designing and implementing the CBSE curriculum for Chemistry, ensuring alignment with board guidelines, learning outcomes, and assessment criteria.
Lesson Planning: Developing detailed lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
Classroom Instruction: Conducting engaging and interactive classes that facilitate understanding of complex chemistry concepts through demonstrations, experiments, and multimedia resources.
Student Support and Guidance: Providing academic guidance, mentoring, and counseling to students to support their academic and personal development.
Parent Communication: Regularly communicating with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: A Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field is typically required. A Bachelor's degree may suffice for teaching at the secondary level, but higher qualifications are often preferred for senior secondary levels.
