Job Description
:
- Development of drawings for layouts, Capex proposals, equipment drawings, and machinery parts to meet the requirement of plant for smooth execution of projects. Feasibility and detail engineering checking and inspection of drawing spares modified in the existing system
- Proper coordination and allotment of hydra,crane and trailer to other department for maximum utilization of Resource.
Timely prepare the manpower Supply PR and follow-up for making PO by purchase Dept, to avoid the difficulty in crane Operation and to assist erection activity at site clarification.To avoid rework & digitization of drawing Optimize use of steel and avoid wastage by using identified surplus items. * Assistance in Detail engineering, Cost Control and Co-ordination with internal and external customers.
- SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives.
- System Management(Effective implementation of all IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards)
- To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments and implementation of critical spares & consumable SOP without any defilement identify & arrange rectification of leakage points/unsafe points along with monitor & take corrective action for emission levels.
