Plan, organize and co-ordinate security activities like protection of man & material, operation of road & rail weigh bridge, transport facilities, hassle free dispatch & raw materials handling, Road safety to avert incidents, hygiene & sanitation of plant, Liaison with local administration & police.

KRA1 Security- Ensure effective & better intelligence & security aspects in Plant& Colony.

Liaison with Police Officials

Road weighbridges - 2 Nos, In

motion weighbridge-2

Monitoring of security & fire services. Maintain the security in plant Colony..

Proper and planned deployment of security personnel. Regular monitoring of security activities in and around the plant area.

To supervise general firefighting of plant & colony.


KRA2 People Management- Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best practices in the unit.

Liasoning with local administration & Police. Maintain good hormonal relationships with police officials at district headquarter.

Fixing up of performance objectives.

Performance assessment of subordinate.

Appraisal feedback to sub-ordinates.

Manpower planning/rationalization.

Identification of training needs. Impart/recommend training.

Multiskilling of security guards

clarity to job holder & Mentoring. Effective communication.

Knowledge sharing with subordinate.

Measurement of skill inventory.


KRA3 System Improvement- Coordinate, organize & monitor section for improvement of productivity and work area. Improvement of Aditya Birla Excellence Framework criteria scores.

Internal customer rating improvement.

Statutory compliance.

Develop one point lesson.

Develop Model area.

Create awareness in team members.

Develop visual controls.


KRA4 Safety, Health & Environment

Management (SHE)

Emergency handling and rescue operation. Prepare exhaustive plan to counter emergencies and lead the rescue. Timely incident analysis and submission of findings.

No. of safety observations/CFSA by self & team

No. of mitigating measures implemented for identified fire hazards

No. of personal injury/ motor vehicle accidents

Zero violation of road safety in colony, plant & mines.

No. of repeated findings in first and second party audit

Creating awareness among security personnel about Safety, Health & Environment




Qualifications:

Army Graduate,Graduate Diploma,Post Graduate,MBA


Minimum Experience Level:

6-11 Years
