Job Description
:
Qualification : Science / Commerce graduate / post graduate
Mandatory Skill : Exposure for coal procurement at Plant Level , Good command on SAP & Excel operation
Job Profile :
Coordination with Procurement team & technical team of project items required for line -4 Kiln & Crusher based on monthly project planning , Monitoring of Vehicle movement, coordinate transportation and MIS preparation. Vendor development and maintaining relations with them. Linkage Coal management, Rail movement co-ordination. Ensuring availability of adequate stock of Raw materials and building materials etc.
- Monthly review of actual cost to ensure cost optimization.
- Coordination with various vendors to ensure receipt as per planning.
- Daily review of receipt of material and take corrective actions to ensure availability of raw material as per production target.
- Making timely receipt, GRN processing.
- Identification of new transportation sources of fuel.
- Timely reconciliation of vessel quantity , advances, deposits.
- Checking of debit/credit note issue to vendors as per PO terms.
- Timely enter the case in UKSC portal towards invoice received from transporters, Suppliers and Service providers as per defined timelines.
- Resolve query raised by UKSC case Manager, if any.
- Ensure timely payment to transporter, suppliers and and service providers.
- Timely follow up for settlement of advances
- Provide necessary support to vendors in account reconciliation.
