Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

To Achieve Mill Out put to increase the Productivity and reduce Sp.Power during 2020-21

1) in PPC Grinding at the rate of 175 TPH
2) In PCC Grinding at the rate of 110 TPH

To Achieve the Sp.Grinding Power :

1)PPC - 26.0 U/T
2)PCC - 42.0U/T
To reduce the Cost of production .

1)To make ready the Mill performance Reports to TPMC
2) 100% Compliance to SAP PPQM & PM Requirements and 3) Maintaining Grinding Media Inventory as per requirements

1) PP Product booking, raw material receiving, spares 2) Kronos scheduling.Bills service Entry. 3) Inventory Management

1)Submit 6 Kaizen per year to achieve Unit KPE Target
2)To participate in >80% GRT Meetings

1) To ecourage and ensure the area development and achieving the BCE Score above 85%
2)Submitting Two Sugestion per year

1)Near-Miss reporting
2)Departmental Documentation of Standards with zero Deviations to avoid findings during Auditing.
3) 100% Closure of Permits

1)Submit 12 Nearmiss cases per year to achieve zero accidents 2)Documentation withwith zero Deviations to avoid findings during Auditing. 3)Ensuring 100% Closure of Permits after completion of the job, Monthly Review.



Qualifications:

Master of Chemical Engineering,Diploma,B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education)


Minimum Experience Level:

6-7 Years
