JOB DESCRIPTION :
A) Duties and Responsibilities:
• To carry out mill operation.
• Troubleshooting of the Mill section and coordinating with all concern departments.
• Good knowledge of SAP, PP and MS Office.
• Know safety standard & Develop safety culture in the department.
• To manage refractory related jobs at site during kiln shutdown and handling manpower.
• TSR enhancement.
• Responsible for targeted production and reducing specific power consumption and heat consumption.
JOB SPECIFICA TION:
Qualification :- Diploma Cement technology
Experience :- 5 to 8 years.
Nature of Experience :- Cement mill operation as well as site jobs
Essential Skills :- Mill shut down management safety standard, Handling manpower etc
Desirable skills :- SAP, ISO & MS Office knowledge
B) Goals I KRA to be assigned:
• To achieve targeted production with desirable quality.
• To reduce SPC of clinker power and sp. Heat consumption of kiln.
• To increase mill production and maintain target achieved.
• Maintain cement quality and best production.
• To enhance good operation and power saving.

5-9 Years
