#### Job Purpose


1.Availability compressor and quality of air.

2.Availability of root blower .

3.Availability of cooling tower .

4.Availability of filtration plant,STP,fire pump.

#### Job Context & Major Challenges


UltraTech Cement Limited Unit - Sonar Bangla Cement Works is Grinding Unit with an installed capacity to produce 3.6 MTPA. The plant consists of 2 Cement mills, One roller press. Unit was commissioned in the year 2013. Further slag mill is under construction and on commissioning of the same the production capacity will be enhanced to 4.2 MTPA of cement.

1) Ensure maximum mill availability & Calculate MTTR of Utility equipements, 2) Stoppage Reduction by proper planning of Preventive Maintenance of Cement Mill, RP & Flyash Silo Equipment procurement , Dense phase system 3) Mechanical Modification work for plant productivity improvement , 4) Proper planning of manpower for effective utilization and manpower productivity improvement , 5) Proper checking of equipment health as per engineer check sheet,6) PM order & M2 notification closing in SAP, 7) Doing walk-through round as per rules 8) Near-miss, Unsafe act & condition reporting, 9) Ensure all the safety standard to be maintain properly 10) To lead in Safety standard as champion.

1) Digtalization initiative to be done and ensure its implementation 2) Manpower productivity improvement 3) Assist in project commissioning of RP & slag mill. 4) Ensure all 16 nos. safety standard implemnentation.5) Innovation and improvement job suggestion to be implemented . 6) Asist in audit and meeting compliance .

KRA1 Uptime & Reliability of compressor, root blower & water pumps. i) By strictly adhere to maintenance schedule

ii) proper checking of all machines by maintaining of engineer check sheet


KRA2 Ensure maximum mill availability

Increasing uptime of mill by doing proper
maintenance




KRA2 safety 1.To ensure zero fatality & zero LTI against work at site

2.Compliance of safety point timely.



Qualifications:

Master of Mechanical Engg.,Diploma in Mech. Engg.,Bachelor of Technical Edu.


Minimum Experience Level:

5-8 Years
