Build-up the public relation with the nearby villagers / farmers, Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among and maintain the core values of the company.Job Context & Major ChallengesDhar Cement Works is integrated cement plant equipped with modern technology with an installed capacity of 6 MTPA , cement production capacity of 5.2MTPA with WHRS for power generation (33 MW) and open cast mines. It manufacturers OPC 43, OPC 53 ,PPC , PPC Special grade of cement. Our Unit have AFR processing facilities to support our TSR.Land Acquisition for Lime stone excavation & Plant expansion are the major role in the organisation. It is part of sustainability oriented work which help in life expansion of the Plant.

KRA3 3. Legal matters (Land related) - To assist in regards to land related matters.
KRA4 4. Demarcation & possession of land. - Ensuring demarcation and possession of land purchased directly / awarded through govt. order.
- Proper communication to concern halka patwari & Revenue Inspector.
- Proper information to internal resources prior to possession of the land.
- Facilitate relocation and rehabilitation through mutual consent. (If required)
KRA5 5. Smooth shifting of road and blasting activities in the mining area. - Ensure smooth shift the approach roads from inside ML area to outside boundary as required.
- Ensure for smooth Blasting within the ML area adjacent to village agriculture fields.
- Ensure for smooth operational activity without villagers obstacles.
KRA6 6. People Management. - Approach delicate employee issue positively like an infringing puzzles to solve.
- Best to look for fair constructive resolution not simplifying getting your way.
- Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees.
- To institutionalise best organizing practise in unit.
KRA7 7. System Improvement - Coordinate organise & effective implementation of SOP for Land purchase
- To ensure purchase of litigate free land as per approved mining plan.
- Effective implementation of ISO/EMS/WCM system in section for improvement of productivity.
KRA8 8. Safety - Demonstrate the importance of safety through interaction with our co-members and personal behaviour.
- Scheduled safety observation round and carried out.
- Report near miss.
- Scheduled and carry out CFSA & Records observation.
- Follow all safety rules & procedure.
- Coordinate all site safety activities.
- Accept responsibility for safety training.
- Providing resources information on safety.
- Establish a system to observe the safety management system and its procedure.
