:Job Profile:kiln coal mill Instrumentation system and maintenance for integrated cement plant Knowledge and proficiency in the following:

Instrumentation and Control Design Engineering Management.
Must be able to perform routine maintenance and monitoring of control systems, intelligent systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Understands the calibration techniques, tolerances, and accuracy limits of instrumentation equipment.
Maintenance & troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, lO, VFD drives, gas analyzers, Coriolis coal firing system, VRM hydraulic system, Weighing system, and field instrumentation.
Must be able to support coordination for maintenance plans & schedules, aware of the corrective actions appropriate to the problem causes which should be taken up during planned shutdowns.
Should be well acquainted with Legal as well as Electrical Safety Standard, LOTO, and Design safety requirements SAP, WCM, and iSO.

Qualification:BE/B - Tech in EC/INST.Professional Experience:5 - 10 Years.
