:This position deals with Payroll Management of O&S and Wage Board employees. Getting the compensations revised for WB whenever there is change in DA or other allowances.To ensure error free salary preparation and timely payment to O&S and Wage board employees every month.Experience / Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Experience in payroll processing for 500 employees, knowledge of PF, Gratuity EDLI etc.Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsPayroll Compliances- Provisions of monthly salary and wages to Accounts teams- Timely disbursement of salary to O&S and WB- Sharing of TDS and professional tax report to UKSC Team by 06th of every month.- To share the PF report of WB Workers to PF trust by 05th of every month.Salary and Wage administration- Preparation of deduction sheet, arrears, advances for O&S and WB and uploading the same as per payroll calendar.-Cross checking the salary and wages registers and ensuring error free operations.-Preparing of JV\xe2\x80\x99s and submitting the same to UKSC.-Supporting employees (O&S and WB) for various payroll activities like deductions, LTA, Income Tax Proofs, Deductions etc.-Providing monthly salary slips and Annual PF Slips to Wage Board employees.Loan & advances, Full and Final & MIS preparation-Submission of F&F details to central payroll within 24 hours after receiving no dues.-Submission of form for Superannuation fund to payroll team for timely payment.-Provisions, accounts report preparation and submit in schedule time.-Supporting Wage Board employees for loan applications and uploading the same on PF Trust site.-Preparing presentations and various data as and when required by Management.Statutory Compliance - Coordinating and Monitoring all the activities required for fulfilling the statutory compliance, timely.-Timely compliance of statutory payments & returns and submission like PF, Gratuity, Superannuation & Bonus
-Providing details for filing of Factory Act returns like salary, bonus, gratuity payments-Timely submission of Form L (Payment of Gratuity Act) to government authorities.-Timely submission for settlement of the various claims of PF like Death/ Retirement/ Advance/ Transfer etc.-Timely renewal of EDLI policy.-Time and accurate payment of Bonus to O&S and Wage Board workmen.-Keeping all updated data ready for various assessment and Audit and clear the same without any major NC
