:Job Roles & Responsibilities for PF HR (MIS & Payroll) position

  • Monthly Payroll processing, Payroll Compliances & F&F Settlement pertaining to Staff & Management Cadre employees
  • Sharing monthly addition deletion of PF for O&S employees and PF Challan preparation & remittance of Govt. PF.
  • Ensuring timely updating the monthly report as per BHR guidelines
  • Sharing monthly addition deletion of all GMC/GPA/Sunishchit/Nishchit for O&S and Renewal data to share with concern stock holders within the time line
  • Timely Updation of WFA and Position Management
  • Ensure timely submission of Professional Tax, LWF and ER Form 1.
  • Supporting PF, Pension & Mediclaim Settlements of the employees.
  • Grievance handling of employees.
  • Monthly MIS/Provisions to be prepared and submitted on time to the respective stakeholders.
  • CTC Preparation of Mobility / Promotion/ Company Car / Vehicle Operating expenses/NPS/ Superannuation
  • Additional information of new joinees in Poornata.
  • Mobility Transfers initiation/completion in Mobility module.
  • Statutory Compliance - Coordinating and Monitoring all the activities required for fulfilling the statutory compliance, timely.
Skills required: 1)Payroll Administration, HR Operations, Statutory compliance & Grievance Handling.2)Proficiency in MS Office(MS Word, Excel & Power point), Communication, Presentation & Analytics Skills.Experience: Relevant experience 5 to 10 years.Education Qualification: MBA / MSW / MHRM / Any degree with relevant experienceKey Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 MIS & Reports Ensure timely submission of HR MIS
Ensure timely submission of Flashcost provisions to Accounts
Ensure monthly addition/deletion in Nishchint/ Sunischit data
Preparation of overtime reports and submission to their respective SH/HOD's for monitoring and control the over time.
Daily deployment of WB and O&S employees in each shift
KRA2 Poornata Management Collect, obtain and preparation of total database of all employees in BHR formats/ Templates.
Submission of compiled templates to BHR Core Poornata Team at Mumbai.
Timely updation of employee data and execution of necessary change, if any.
Submission of various statements and details to Core Poornata Team.
Coordination with SeamEx Team for generation of new Employee ID, New Department & New Position.
Coordination with other WFA administrator of other ABG unit for timely separation & Rehire of employee in Internal Recruitment/ Inter unit transfer Cases.
Punching the employee data in Poornata in case of new Joining, Transfer case of any change in current status
KRA3 GMC, GPA, Sunischint & Nischint Policy Claim Settlment of Mediclaim within time frame. Regularly Monitoring of Budget
Ensuring timely submission and updation of Joining/ Exit details to concerned stakeholders
KRA4 System Management
(Effective implementation of IMS and other systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards) To implement improvement project to reduce repetitive problems/breakdown or losses.
Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Good to find, suggestion on system
Developing and sustaining Model area in respective sections
100% active participation in respective KFA & GRT meetings and giving inputs related to bring new technology, innovation and improvements towards productivity. Conduct awareness programmes down the level team
To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments.
-Implementation of critical spares & consumable SOP without any defilement
- Identify & arrange rectification of leakage points/unsafe points along with monitor & take corrective action for emission levels.
KRA5 SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
Educating team about xe2x80x9cI know my jobxe2x80x9d, xe2x80x9cI know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measuresxe2x80x9d & xe2x80x9cI escalate to my seniorxe2x80x9d among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower including peer, WB & CL manpower
Timely conducting scheduled SO round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
To conduct daily Tool Box Talk as schedule and before start the job any critical job along with SWP
Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
KRA6 SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives Ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action
Ensure adherence to COVID precautions and guidelines issued by management time to time along with adherance of safety precautions on the site and off the site to be safe
Replicating good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among manpower to save guard natural resources. - Ensuring for maintaining discipline, handling and resolving grievances at individual level and building strong interpersonal skills
Involving them in department or cross department projects leading for unit, Business or Group level performance
