Perform maintenance and calibration of Weight Feeder, SFF, Belt Weighers, Bin Weighing Systems, Gas Analyzers, and all field instruments according to the maintenance & calibration schedule.
Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, VFD and DC Drives, Weighing equipmentxe2x80x99s, Stacker and Reclaimer systems field instruments etc.
Hands -on experience with DCS system (Siemens S7-400 PLC) and ECS Version 8.3, as well as PLC systems (S7 300, 200).
Calibration of field instrumentation, including Metal Detectors, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Stack Monitoring system etc.
Knowledge of SAP, safety practices, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
Strong understanding in material management, including store and spare part planning.
Job Specification:
Good experience in the maintenance of VFDs, weight feeders, SFF, gas analyzers and hydraulic systems.
Good knowledge of DCS programming.
Proficiency in cable scheduling any laying
Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret control and power schemes and troubleshoot issues.
Experience in manpower planning and management,
Knowledge of SAP and ISO systems.
Familiarity with UTCL safety standards.
Strong understanding of store and spare part planning.
