Job Description
:KRA (Accountabilities)Revised KRAKRA1Accountability:Ensure timely payment to contractor, vendor & supplier as per terms of order.Review of General accounting - ensuring expenses are booked in correct GL. Coordinate with UKSC and other stakeholder for ensuring correctnessKRA2Ensure applicability of taxes i.e. income tax, service tax, VAT at time of bill passing.Preparation of contingent liability statement/ position paper and monitoring of ongoing cases. Taking update from all stakeholders on regular basis to ensure completeness of same. Reconciliation of liability and deposit related to ongoing cases.KRA3Debit/Credit balance in Account of vendor/supplier/contractor.Preparation of estimated cost sheet; review of variable cost and parameters and updation of same on server on required basisKRA4Management Information Statement & total MIS of Mines.Monitoring of alternate fuel cost; work out saving in comparison to traditional fuel.KRA5Liability ClearingAccounting of taxes related to power plant like electricity duty, tracking RE obligation for the unit and Gujarat cluster.
