Roles and Responsibilities
- To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.
- Developing new clients in the designated area and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
- Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals.
- Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.
-Build strategic relationships with key clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
- Maintaining the reporting system as per the organisation and 39;s standard.
- Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.
- Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming
opportunities or threats and tracking competitor\'s activity.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time
- And similarly we also need 1 Sales Executive in Surat/Vapi Region.
